RETURN AND REFUND
1. All orders cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic purposes.
4. For Custom Fine Jewelry, should the item be cancelled for any reason, downpayment is NOT refundable.
5. If in any case, the items you received are not what you ordered, do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com with your order number and photo of the item. Once agreement is settled, you can send the item back within 7 days upon receipt and in its original condition. Delivery fee will be shouldered by us given that it is within the delivery fee we offer. Once received we will replace them with the correct item, if the item is not in stock then we will refund the amount instead.
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY
Please be informed that selecting Cash on Delivery as payment option, your order is considered sold. The only valid reason for refusal to receive the order is if it’s wrong or damaged.
Change of mind is not valid
Remember to checkout on our website if you’re only sure of your purchases. Please inform us within an hour if you want the order to be cancelled. We will be posting/block bogus buyers and we reserve the right to refuse further purchases from buyers who violate our policy.
